Duke escaped tonight. But, what a game. It mirrored last year's first round game in Buffalo before the WSU-Pitt game. I really thought that Belmont was
going to pull it out like VCU did last year. The Duke coaching staff was looking pretty nervous the last two minutes. Belmont fans should be proud of their
team. The only thing that I didn't understand was the inbounds play with 4 seconds left when they tried to throw it in the middle. It seemed like a
pretty risky play....
I let my Ohio pride pick KSU, while they took a big hit from UNLV.

I went with the higher seed USC, while they got stuck my Kansas State.

I picked higher seed Gonzaga, then watched them lose today to Davidson.
I was hoping for an edge by picking St. Mary, only to see them fall today to Miami.

I don't know why I picked BYU, but they lost to A&M.

I was very surprised when W.K beat Drake today.

I thought about doing that too JBalto, but I didn't have faith that they all would win, so I took one of each of them in different brackets that I had
filled out in different pools.

On a side note: has anybody watched West Virginia play? They have a kid named Alexander that it is pretty good. I see Cooper Land as being a player very very
similar to Alexander in WSU's future.

One of my brackets had all three WSU victims (Belmont, Fullerton and Butler) taking their first round games. As of now, a CS-F win looks like a possibility and
I was only a few seconds away from looking like a genius for that Belmont game. One more reason to dislike the Blue Devils.

Pauley, I think the kid, I think his name is Renfro, from Belmont, just panicked at the end of the game. He was counting in his head to fast and felt he had to
inbound the ball, and didn't wait for someone to get open. Prior to the inbounds play, he threw up a terrible shot down the lane that I do not think got
above the rim. His nerves just seem to get the better of him at the end. I would have gotten Hare the ball during their last full possession prior to that out
of bounds play. This...
